Ruth and Bree were incredible throughout the process!!! We had a hoarding situation that had gotten way out of hand. The home was uninhabitable due to massive damage from animals as well. BioOne quickly became our top choice as we got estimates and communicated with several companies. They were quick in all responses, continued to check up on our decision making process. I can't say enough positive of how great our experience was with them. They set expectations clearly and never left us to guess about anything. They worked tirelessly for 4 days straight on the project until it was a thousand times better than before. I can't say enough good about how great this company was.

My experience with Bio-One was really exceptional. I have been helping an elderly neighbor who had serious hoarding issues. She wanted help because the home had become hazardous, but was also very reluctant to part with everything she had accumulated. I called and spoke with Ruth, who was very compassionate and explained the options and process clearly. Ruth came out to the house, did a walkthrough, and gave an initial estimate which was in line with what I got from another hoarding remediation company I contacted. Ruth worked with us to provide as full a solution as was possible within our budget. When the team came out, they were very respectful and compassionate, and did an amazing job staying on-task without running over my neighbor or ignoring her wishes. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process, and there were a ton of little ways they made things easier and less traumatic for my neighbor. I really could not have been happier with the service and would highly recommend Bio-One.

Everything we needed cleaned was done perfectly and in a very short time which was a huge help to us. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My family needed their services. They were absolutely amazing in every stage of the process. We also contacted ServPro to compare costs-they did not respond. In the meantime, Bio-One came onboard and accomplished the job less than 5 days of providing the quote. We still have yet to hear from ServPro. This crew is compassionate polite, professional and also took the time to make heart warming personal placements of knick knacks found throughout the house during their work. They nailed it.
