Amazing group of people who are so incredibly professional and compassionate. Logan, Nikki, and Ash kept me updated throughout the entire process and were all so unbelievably helpful, I never felt embarrassed or shamed (Even my dogs loved them!) Where do I even BEGIN. These wonderfully amazing people helped me gain control of my Life back. 10 years of hoarding and they cleared my home out in 3 days. Every single one of them we’re compassionate and kind. They talked me through the process each step of the way. Ruth helped me gain my confidence back to push through all of this. Matt was so kind and thoughtful. Joey and I talked about dnd and video games and it felt nice to be able to Smile and laugh through a tough process. Blaze and Ashe were so kind and helped any time I had a question. I only got to meet John and Nikki once but they were so sweet and thoughtful towards my anxiety about everything. It was truly an honor to have all them by my side through this hardship. I hope they see this and realize how much this truly meant to me. This amazing group of people did an awesome job cleaning out a whole-house hoarding situation, as well as numerous biohazards present in the house. Prompt, clear communication and understanding from our first call to Ruth, through four days of solid work by Ash, Matt, Nikki, Chloe, Joey and Blaze, to the final walk-through with Matt. Excellence is not a skill, it’s an attitude, and it was apparent in every interaction we had with every Bio-One team member. They went out of their way to accommodate us and keep us apprised of their progress. The team and the job they did exceeded our expectations. Hats off to you all!

Ruth came to my house to get rid of a pet odor from the previous owners and I was amazed by how quick and professional the service was. I would definitely recommend BioOne to anyone who needs their service, they are awesome!
