Bio- One did a great job with my Mom and Dad house. They cleaned and decluttered. Their house looks so much better now. All of the Bio- One employees were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our family had a tragedy that required us to call Bio One. From the very beginning, Ruth made us feel safe and all of our needs were met. During a time of great loss, this company swept in and lightened our load. Thank you!

Very professional, conscientious and compassionate. Could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Jen, John and the Bio-One team for your most challenging hoarding or crime scene cleaning situation.

Bio-One did an outstanding job in helping us declutter and clean after 40 years of accumulating "stuff." Ruth and her team were excellent and very professional as well as empathetic in helping us. Highly recommended.

They arrived on time, reviewed what they would be doing. They were organized, worked quickly and efficiently. They would check with me before removing items to the toss, donate pile. After cleaning and disinfecting our garage, they replaced items in an organized fashion. Our garage has never seen such a state of organization since we moved into our home 18 years ago. I would recommend Bio-One to any one of my friends or neighbors. Thank you so much for your assistance with this project.

My dad was in the hospital so they came and took care of his home so I could take care of them. Thank you all so much.

The technicians who came out to fog for Covid in our home were informative, polite, questioned which parts of the house were high traffic area when quarantined, explained what they do to disinfect first and finish with the fog spray and how long it offered protection. They were in and out the length of time explained to me by the owner when he quoted the job. The thing that impressed me the most was the rapid phone call to me after I submitted an online form for a quote - less than 5 minutes and it was on a Sat afternoon after 3 pm when I found Bio-One Charlotte in a google search. Highly recommend John and his team !
