John & Jenn's team were worth every penny. We had a traumatic event, walked into our mothers condo for the first time in a decade and it was absolutely disgusting. Layers of trash in every room. I won't go into details, but it was overwhelming and deemed unlivable. Three days later their team had the place looking amazing!!! It brought us to tears. Don't even think twice about it-- If you're in a place where you need this type of service these guys are AMAZING!!!!!!!! HIRE THEM!!!

"Ruth & her crew are AMAZING! Beyond caring & considerate from the first phone call all the way to the very end!! I put my situation (inherited my house & all of my parents years of accumulated clutter) off for a very very long time due to the fear of being judged. Not a single person at Bio-One of Clt showed me (& my home) anything less than the utmost respect & compassion! The crew was beyond efficient & timely!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!"

Absolutely one of the finest companies we have ever hired to do work. They were an A+++++++++++ . They took our hoarded house we inherited and cleaned it out to make it look presentable. The employees were some of the hardest working individuals we have ever observed. Our phone number is 440-371-9263 should anyone need more information about this wonderful and reliable company.

Ruth came to my house to get rid of a pet odor from the previous owners and I was amazed by how quick and professional the service was. I would definitely recommend BioOne to anyone who needs their service, they are awesome!

We could not have been happier with their service. They were professional, on time, efficient, friendly, and all at a very fair price.
