After my father-in-law passed away, we were left with the daunting job of cleaning out his house and yard, both full of a lifetime of accumulated things. We met with John, one of the owners of Bio-One, and he immediately put our minds at ease. They were able to remove all items and clean the house so it was move-in ready in just 2 days. Not only were they very efficient and thorough, but every member of their team was extremely considerate and respectful. I can not say enough good things about them! And, I am so grateful that they were able to donate all my father-in-law's items that were still in good condition. I highly, highly recommend John, Jennifer, and the entire team.

They arrived on time, reviewed what they would be doing. They were organized, worked quickly and efficiently. They would check with me before removing items to the toss, donate pile. After cleaning and disinfecting our garage, they replaced items in an organized fashion. Our garage has never seen such a state of organization since we moved into our home 18 years ago. First, Ruth is amazing! Very compassionate and personable, with a beautiful spirit. The quick scheduling was mind blowing. I was not expecting the job to start two days after speaking with Ruth. Second, the entire team was considerate and communicated very well. Thanks Matt!! Blaze and the other young man, the young ladies were so efficient and thorough. (My apologies your names slipped my mind.) Finally, to say that I am satisfied with the work that was done would be an understatement. This was not an easy process for me as this was my childhood home filled with decades of memories. I cried, I laughed (when Matt killed the wasp nest!), I smiled.
