I had an unfortunate personal emergency that required their services. They came out the same day that I called. John & Jen were professional and kind during this sensitive and difficult time. They were quick to respond and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They did an amazing and thorough job. I highly recommend them.

Ruth and Bree were incredible throughout the process!!! We had a hoarding situation that had gotten way out of hand. The home was uninhabitable due to massive damage from animals as well. BioOne quickly became our top choice as we got estimates and communicated with several companies. They were quick in all responses, continued to check up on our decision making process. I can't say enough positive of how great our experience was with them. They set expectations clearly and never left us to guess about anything. They worked tirelessly for 4 days straight on the project until it was a thousand times better than before. I can't say enough good about how great this company was.

Bio- One did a great job with my Mom and Dad house. They cleaned and decluttered. Their house looks so much better now. All of the Bio- One employees were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bio-One cleaned one of our relatives hoarder house. What they did in 7 hours was beyond miraculous. I thought it would take days! They were quick and very efficient. We could not have asked for more. The cost was very reasonable considering all that had to be done. I highly recommend this business!

I cannot say enough about how kind and supportive the Bio-One team, especially owner Jen, was during a clean-up for a family member in the Charlotte area. They were incredibly thorough in their efforts and Jen was able to connect us with additional outside resources to assist. I highly recommend this organization.
