They removed a house full of junk and old furniture, including an upright piano, and disposed in dumpster. They found a lot, a lot of loose change, which they handed over to me. They cleaned out the kitchen cabinets, wiped down all the interiors and exteriors of cabinets, wiped down all appliances, counters, light fixtures, floors, walls, bathrooms. It was all done efficiently and with care in about a day and a half. They kept me posted on when they would be there and when they were leaving. Really professional and very nice crew

"First and foremost, I was impressed with their responsiveness. I contacted them after standard business hours which was incredibly helpful during such a stressful and hectic time. After a short discussion, we scheduled an in-person estimate for the following afternoon. This quick turnaround time allowed me to get the ball rolling on the cleaning process as soon as possible, as my family member was supposed to be getting out of the hospital shortly and could not go back to the apartment in that condition. John & Jenn's team were worth every penny. We had a traumatic event, walked into our mothers condo for the first time in a decade and it was absolutely disgusting. Layers of trash in every room. I won't go into details, but it was overwhelming and deemed unlivable. Three days later their team had the place looking amazing!!! It brought us to tears. Don't even think twice about it-- If you're in a place where you need this type of service these guys are AMAZING!!!!!!!! HIRE THEM!!!

After my father-in-law passed away, we were left with the daunting job of cleaning out his house and yard, both full of a lifetime of accumulated things. We met with John, one of the owners of Bio-One, and he immediately put our minds at ease. They were able to remove all items and clean the house so it was move-in ready in just 2 days. Not only were they very efficient and thorough, but every member of their team was extremely considerate and respectful. I can not say enough good things about them! And, I am so grateful that they were able to donate all my father-in-law's items that were still in good condition. I highly, highly recommend John, Jennifer, and the entire team.

Jon is awesome and so very helpful. He went above and beyond when cleaning and was very thoughtful when going through some of the items that were in the way of his cleaning.
