The technicians who came out to fog for Covid in our home were informative, polite, questioned which parts of the house were high traffic area when quarantined, explained what they do to disinfect first and finish with the fog spray and how long it offered protection. They were in and out the length of time explained to me by the owner when he quoted the job. The thing that impressed me the most was the rapid phone call to me after I submitted an online form for a quote - less than 5 minutes and it was on a Sat afternoon after 3 pm when I found Bio-One Charlotte in a google search. Ruth and Bree were incredible throughout the process!!! We had a hoarding situation that had gotten way out of hand. The home was uninhabitable due to massive damage from animals as well. BioOne quickly became our top choice as we got estimates and communicated with several companies. They were quick in all responses, continued to check up on our decision making process. I can't say enough positive of how great our experience was with them. They set expectations clearly and never left us to guess about anything. They worked tirelessly for 4 days straight on the project until it was a thousand times better than before. I can't say enough good about how great this company was.

I cannot say enough good things about Bio-One. What an exceptional company and professional team of people; Kyle, Nikki, Adam, Ruth. They came to my home and took care of a small but concerning situation for me. The team was very professional and on top of things. In the process of addressing my specific need, Adam took it upon himself to go the extra mile by vacuuming up some spider webs in the high ceiling of a small storage room while he was on a two-step step stool vacuuming off some high shelves. He did not have to do that, but I was very grateful and impressed that he took the time to remove them. And Bio-One definitely has the right team leader and front woman to get the job done in Ruth Reed. I was thoroughly impressed by her from our initial conversation. Ruth was and is a phenomenal communicator. She was very reassuring and calming, very knowledgeable, highly responsive to my questions and concerns (before and after her team came out). I definitely felt she understood and took seriously my worries and concerns from the start. I felt she was in it with me 1000% of the way. I wish every company was as customer-centric as Bio-One and the team that came to my home. They made me feel beyond valued as a customer. There are a lot of poor and mediocre service providers in the world....Service providers that don't understand customer service excellence, commitment, communication, follow up and integrity.
