I was upset and felt defeated by the continued issues related to my sibling that had lapsed into hoarding as a result of his long-term mental illness. After searching the internet for help I found BIO-ONE. I hoped and prayed the service would help to remedy an absolute deplorable situation at his residence. BIO-ONE was prompt and met me for an estimate in less than 24 hours. Then scheduled the job within two days. It's hard for many to comprehend the heartache and mental impact on family members in relation to a hoarder. BIO-ONE went beyond all expectations in the deep cleaning and removal of trash/garbage (enough to fill a large dumpster) from the home. They were kind and understanding. The empathy that the team from BIO-ONE displayed was exceptional. I have dealt with quite a few service companies and never found such a spectacular group of professionals. They were timely, completed the entire job as contracted, and followed up with me personally. They were sympathetic to my sibling, who was also on the property during the process. I highly recommend BIO-ONE to anyone needing to have their home returned to a healthy and clean environment again. "My experience with Bio-One was really exceptional. I have been helping an elderly neighbor who had serious hoarding issues. She wanted help because the home had become hazardous, but was also very reluctant to part with everything she had accumulated. I called and spoke with Ruth, who was very compassionate and explained the options and process clearly. Where do I even BEGIN. They wonderfully amazing people helped me gain control of my Life back. 10 years of hoarding and they cleared my home out in 3 days. Every single one of them we’re compassionate and kind. They talked me through the process each step of the way. Ruth helped me gain my confidence back to push through all of this. Matt was so kind and thoughtful. Joey and I talked about dnd and video games and it felt nice to be able to Smile and laugh through a tough process. Blaze and Ashe were so kind and helped any time I had a question. I only got to meet John and Nikki once but they were so sweet and thoughtful towards my anxiety about everything. It was truly an honor to have all them by my side through this hardship. I hope they see this and realize how much this truly meant to me.
