I had been working on my depression for years and realized I couldn't continue to live this way. You and your amazing crew have done something that I could have never have accomplished on my own. I was so impressed with their services. I’ve been struggling with depression for a while now which ended up spilling over into “depression house”. I contacted BioOne and within hours of filling out their online contact form they had returned my email. A lead came out a couple days later to take a tour and give me a free estimate. She was so kind and compassionate, really taking the time to get to know me, my goals and what brought me to using their services. The next week they were ready to roll (though they totally could have started earlier had my work schedule allowed it). The whole crew was amazing. Kind, funny, and VERY hard workers!! You can definitely tell they all take this job as more of a calling than just a job. In 2 days they took my home from embarrassing depression house to a squeaky clean sanctuary. I had a great experience with Bio-One. I needed to remove a persistent odor and, although the source of odor was not created by a traumatic event, Bio-One was the perfect team for the job! We unfortunately lost our Mother and Grandmother not too long apart, leaving my brother and I with two houses and no clue where to start. I must mention that they have a long list of outstanding charities for which they can donate items! The technicians who came out to fog for Covid in our home were informative, polite, questioned which parts of the house were high traffic area when quarantined, explained what they do to sanitize first and finish with the fog spray and how long it offered protection. They were in and out the length of time explained to me by the owner when he quoted the job. The thing that impressed me the most was the rapid phone call to me after I submitted an online form for a quote - less than 5 minutes and it was on a Sat afternoon after 3 pm when I found Bio-One Charlotte in a google search. They removed a house full of junk and old furniture, including an upright piano, and disposed in dumpster. They found a lot, a lot of loose change, which they handed over to me. They cleaned out the kitchen cabinets, wiped down all the interiors and exteriors of cabinets, wiped down all appliances, counters, light fixtures, floors, walls, bathrooms. It was all done efficiently and with care in about a day and a half. They kept me posted on when they would be there and when they were leaving. Really professional and very nice crew

To lose a loved one in such a horrific manner is traumatizing, I will never get those images out of my head. I can’t imagine the further trauma cleaning something up like that would have caused. What an amazing team to come in and perform such a horrific task. Kyle helped me get everything scheduled and he stayed in touch throughout the entire thing. The young lady and gentleman (forgive me yall I forgot your names) who came into our home were so kind and comforting to me, words can’t even express how grateful I am to you all for helping us in our worst moment imaginable.

They came to my home and took care of a small but concerning situation for me. The team was very professional and on top of things. In the process of addressing my specific need, Adam took it upon himself to go the extra mile by vacuuming up some spider webs in the high ceiling of a small storage room while he was on a two-step step stool vacuuming off some high shelves. He did not have to do that, but I was very grateful and impressed that he took the time to remove them. And Bio-One definitely has the right team leader and front woman to get the job done in Ruth Reed. I was thoroughly impressed by her from our initial conversation. Ruth was and is a phenomenal communicator. She was very reassuring and calming, very knowledgeable, highly responsive to my questions and concerns (before and after her team came out). I wish every company was as customer-centric as Bio-One and the team that came to my home. They made me feel beyond valued as a customer.
